Just off the 28 tram route, this guest house is perfectly located close to the city center, allowing easy access to all the must-see sights. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The service provided by the hosts is exceptional, with excellent communication and a personal touch that makes guests feel at home. The common kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need, and breakfast is a tasty continental affair. Neg: The missing pan in the kitchen and the faulty fridge were minor inconveniences.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a calm street in a nice residential neighborhood. It is very close to a great local park, which is worth a visit. The hotel is just off the tram line, and the famous tram 28 stops nearby. We had a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in a beautiful historical neighborhood. The attention to detail in the rooms was exceptional, and the prices were definitely value for money. The staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. I especially loved the cute balcony in my room where I could enjoy my breakfast with a great view. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the central sites of interest.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

Great location in a calm street. Warm welcome from the owner. Comfortable room with private shower and a sunny balcony. Easy access to public transportation. Nice breakfast at a nearby panaderia.
